The Terms of Use and Terms of Sale were updated on 24 September 2026. For new accounts, the new version applies from sign-up. For existing accounts, the previous version (of 10 September 2026) remains applicable until 9 October 2026 inclusive; the new version applies from 10 October 2026. Professionals and managers who do not accept these changes may close their account before that date, free of charge.
What changes
1. Six Merhcure categories instead of five
- Full Merhcure: now only what is received for a service performed (ride earnings, club share, commission) or returned after a payment of the same kind. They remain the only ones that can be transferred to a bank account.
- Sealed Merhcure: now what is purchased (application, website, mobile money), in the currency of purchase. Usable everywhere on the Platform (Vault, services, commissions, debts), never transferable or convertible into currency. Previously, a purchased Merhcure was “full”.
- Voucher Merhcure (new): vouchers and top-up codes (Colors Cash), cashback, Pool bonuses, partnership Merhcure that have matured. They pay for services, commissions, debts, donations and Pass Trips, but not the Vault. Cashback was previously credited as sealed Merhcure.
- Advertising Merhcure: Vault only; they no longer become sealed on maturity.
- Partnership Merhcure: unavailable during the period shown, then become Voucher Merhcure.
- Vault Merhcure: unchanged (Vault only).
Acquired rights: Merhcure issued before 23 September 2026 keep the regime in force on the day they were issued.
2. Closing a manager account
On closure, only unused full Merhcure may be the subject of a transfer request (previously: “Merhcure acquired for consideration”).
3. Clawback of Merhcure after a refund or dispute
New article in the three Terms of Sale (Customer 9.1, Pro 13.1, Manager 16.4): where a purchase, a ride or a service is refunded or disputed, the Merhcure paid in respect of it are taken back pro rata; if the balance is insufficient, a debt is recorded and use of the account may be restricted while it remains open. For professionals and managers, this article applies to refunds and disputes occurring from 10 October 2026.
