3. Hosting
The website and the API are hosted by two separate providers:

Host of the API and the dashboard: Hostinger International Ltd — 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Virtual private server located in France (Paris region). Contact: hostinger.fr.
The database and authentication are operated through Supabase (Supabase Inc.). Payments are processed by Stripe and by regional payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Tap Payments, MercadoPago, Razorpay, NOWPayments).
4. Purpose of the Services
Colors Clubs is a gamified community transport matching platform. It lets passengers book rides with clubs and their professional drivers, negotiate fares, collect digital works called Colors Arts, and use an internal currency, the Merhcure. The platform does not itself perform transport services: these are carried out by the professional drivers affiliated with the clubs.
5. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Services — trade marks, logos, visual identity, texts, interfaces, code, Colors Arts, badges and animations — are the exclusive property of NEXA G GROUP or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Colors Arts held by a user grant them a personal, non-exclusive right of use within the platform, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use. They transfer no intellectual property rights in the works.
6. Liability
The publisher endeavours to keep the information published accurate and up to date. It cannot, however, be held liable for errors, for unavailability of the Services, or for damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party. Detailed conditions of use are set out in the Terms of Use.
7. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and trackers is detailed in our Cookie Policy.
8. Mediation & disputes
In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator for amicable resolution. Mediator: CNPM MÉDIATION-CONSOMMATION — 3 rue Jean Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France — cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
