The game mechanisms of the Colors Clubs, Colors Clubs Signature, Colors Source, Colors Pro and Colors Manager applications are organised by NEXA G GROUP (SARL with share capital of €1,000, Nanterre Trade Register 990 672 818, 32 rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France). These rules describe the Vault and draws (ticket contests and raffles). They supplement the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale (Customer, Pro, Manager).
2. Who may take part
Anyone holding an active account and of the legal age required to use the Services in their country. One account per person: multiple accounts, test accounts and suspended accounts are excluded. Games are only offered where local law permits them; a country may be excluded without notice.
3. The Vault
The Vault lets you use Merhcure to obtain, at the end of an animation, a prize drawn at random from those offered in the application at the time of the draw: Colors Arts (liveries), badges, collectibles, experience points.
- The draw is made by the server, never by the phone. The Merhcure used are debited before the draw; a draw that fails for a technical reason entails no debit or is re-credited.
- Guaranteed prize threshold. Every Merhcure used in the Vault is added to a counter. When it reaches a threshold, drawn at random between 100 and 1,000 Merhcure and shown in the application (“only … left”), the next draw is certain to deliver a prize from the higher category (collectible or Colors Art), after which the counter restarts with a new threshold.
- No duplicate badges. A badge already held cannot be won a second time, except stackable badges. Collectibles already held come after those you do not yet have, as long as any remain.
- Luck bonus. Some badges improve the chances of obtaining certain prizes. Their effect is shown in the application.
4. Probabilities
Each prize has a weight set by the organiser. The probability of obtaining a prize equals its weight divided by the sum of the weights of the prizes available at the time of the draw (some prizes only become available from a certain number of Merhcure used). Probabilities by prize category are published in the application, on the Vault screen, before any spending, and provided on request at [email protected]. Any change to the weights applies to subsequent draws and is reflected in the display.
5. Draws and contests
Some contests or raffles are announced in the application, each with its own page: prize at stake, countries concerned, opening and draw dates.
- You take part by staking tickets. Tickets come from duplicate collectibles (a duplicate “disintegrates” into a ticket); each ticket colour has a points value, shown in the application.
- The draw takes place automatically after the date shown, on the server. It is weighted: each point staked counts as one chance. One winner per contest, unless otherwise stated on its page.
- The winner is informed in the application (message and notification); the other participants receive a notification. Staked tickets are used up, whether you win or not.
- A contest with no participants is not drawn. The organiser may cancel a contest in case of fraud or impossibility: staked tickets are then returned.
6. Nature of prizes: no cash winnings
- No prize is paid in cash, nor exchangeable for its cash value.
- Colors Arts, badges, collectibles and tickets are personal digital content with no monetary value, usable only within the applications and not transferable outside the mechanisms they provide.
- Merhcure obtained in the Vault (“Vault Merhcure”) and advertising Merhcure are not convertible into currency, cannot be transferred out and pay for no service: they can only be used in the Vault.
- A physical prize or a service offered in a contest is described on its page; it is handed over under the conditions stated there, with no cash alternative.
7. Taking part without buying anything
The Vault accepts Merhcure obtained free of charge: advertising Merhcure (after optionally watching an ad) and Vault Merhcure (missions, levels, streaks). Tickets come from collectibles, which can also be obtained through activity (reviews after a ride, missions). No purchase is therefore needed to play.
8. Fraud and malfunctions
Any attempt to rig a draw (multiple accounts, automation, exploiting a flaw, replaying requests) leads to cancellation of the prizes obtained and may justify suspension of the account. In the event of a proven malfunction, the organiser may cancel the draw concerned and restore the previous situation (prize withdrawn, Merhcure or tickets returned). The result of a regular draw cannot be disputed.
9. Personal data
Draws use your account identifier and your participation history. The name of a contest winner may be shown in the application in shortened form. See the privacy policy.
10. Complaints, changes, governing law
Any complaint should be addressed to the in-app support or to [email protected], within 30 days of the draw. The organiser may amend these rules; the version applicable to a draw is the one in force on the day of the draw. These rules are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory provisions of the participant's country of residence.
