The terms of sale depend on what you do on the Platform. Three documents, one per role: order, perform, operate. Each one names the applications it governs.

Whether you are an individual — driver, courier, craftsperson, service provider — or a business — restaurant, hotel, shop, workshop, venue, agency. Self-employed status, documents and activities, joining a club, affiliation, what you receive, cash and commission debt, offers, payouts, sanctions, liability.

You operate

Colors Manager

Plans and trial, Guest plan and revenue threshold, activities by country, Colors Arts, collection of payments, distribution of money, Colors Cash and its capped outstanding balance, club debts, your pros and your customers, termination, liability.

What applies to everyone

The Terms of Use apply to all uses of the Platform, whatever the role. The Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data, and the Merhcure page details the internal unit of use.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and a role-specific document, the role document prevails as regards its own subject matter.
